Returns

By submitting an order for fulfillment, the Client acknowledges their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy as follows:

Section 1: Return Authorization
All returns shall require a Return Merchandise Authorization (herein “RMA”). Upon receiving authorization from Colletti Tech, all items being returned must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. The items being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all included accessories, original tags, seals intact, and labels attached. Select items may be subject to a restocking fee. Any item not authorized or within the return period will not be accepted.

Section 2: Returns Process
If return authorization was issued, place the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship your return using the provided shipping label. Upon receiving the returned item, it may take up to ten business days to process and inspect to determine the condition. In the event your return is not accepted, you will receive the item back without a refund.

Section 3: Refund Policy
If the return was accepted, you will receive a refund of the original cost minus any applicable fees. The refund shall only be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Otherwise, you may elect to receive a credit applied to your account for the return. Refunds may take a billing period to reflect on the statement of your original payment method.

Section 4: Exceptions
The following items shall not be eligible for refund or return as follows:

• Domain Names
• License Keys
• Smartphones
• Tablets
• Wearables
• Software and electronic software downloads (“ESD”)
• Services that have already been rendered
• Products that have been consumed
• Subscription Licensing (refer to policy)

Any item that has had its anti-theft or loss security lock activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the item cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Section 5: Amendments to the Policy
Colletti Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client through appropriate channels and will apply to subsequent subscription terms.
