Colletti Tech is not obligated to provide support without a written contract. Out-of-scope services shall include but not limited to outdated hardware, unsupported software, unsupported third-party products, and consumer devices. You are responsible for data backup and accept liability for any data loss.
Section 10: Agreement of Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Colletti Tech against any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws. Colletti Tech may assume the defense of any matter at its discretion.
Section 11: Limitation of Liability
