
Saul Beck is a Service Desk Technician at Colletti Tech, serving as the first point of contact for our customers’ technical issues. His role is to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues, ranging from a forgotten password to a network outage. He also handle the technical side of employee onboardings, making sure that our customers’ new hires have everything they need to hit the ground running.
His background includes a help desk role at a public school system and an Implementation Engineer position at a managed service provider. Saul began to pursue technology as my passion and career in 2020; prior to that, my education and work were in the field of Clinical Psychology.
