Yes. Pricing is billed monthly per active user. For example, 10 users on Essential IT would be $750/month.

What happens if I add or remove users mid-month?

Your bill is automatically adjusted on a prorated basis.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No — all plans are billed month-to-month unless you choose an annual commitment.

What are your business hours for support?

Our Service Desk is available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM, Eastern Time. Emergency 24/7 support is included in our Premier IT plan.

Do your plans include cybersecurity protection?

Yes, every plan includes antivirus and malware remediation. Professional and Premier plans also include advanced threat detection & response.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Essential provides core IT support, Professional adds proactive security & management, and Premier includes 24/7 coverage with a vCIO for strategic guidance.

How long does onboarding take to complete?

Most small businesses are fully onboarded within 2 weeks. Larger organizations may take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity.

Can you migrate us from our current IT provider?

Yes, we handle provider transitions with minimal downtime.

Do backups come with all plans?

No. Backup & disaster recovery is available as an add-on at $15 per user/month, so you only pay for what you need.

What if I need help with a one-time project (like a migration)?

That’s where our Project Services come in — available separately for system migrations, software upgrades, network deployments, and more.

How do I know which plan is right for me?
