Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide direct administrative support to executive management. In this role, you will have a critical part in coordinating daily operations, streamlining communications, and supporting both internal team members and external clients and vendors.

Location
This position with its responsibilities shall be performed remotely. However, candidates located in the Greater Conshohocken, Pennsylvania area shall be preferred.

Responsibilities
Candidate applying will be expected to:
• Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
• Draft and disseminate internal communications, announcements, and reminders
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions
• Respond promptly and professionally and to customer inquiries and requests
• Schedule client meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Customer outreach using email, social media, and other marketing communications
• Compile and analyze sales, operations, and service reports
• Maintain accurate client, vendor, and internal documentation
• Act as a liaison for vendor communications, managing inquiries and responses
• Monitor and manage contracts, renewals, licenses, and invoices
• Facilitate efficient processing and tracking of vendor agreements
• General administrative support
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned and required

Requirements
Candidate applying should meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
• Degree related or equivalent education
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and communicate Managed IT services and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
