Colletti Tech is growing and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to help us bring modern managed IT services to small and mid-sized businesses.

We are not a traditional MSP. Our “Un-MSP” approach is built around transparency, better communication, proactive technology guidance, and support that does not make clients feel stuck.

In this role, you will identify potential business customers, start conversations, schedule discovery calls, follow up with prospects, and help convert leads into long-term managed IT clients. You do not need to be a technical engineer, but you should be comfortable learning how IT services help businesses operate securely and efficiently.

Location
This position with its responsibilities shall be performed remotely. However, candidates located in the Greater Conshohocken, Pennsylvania area shall be preferred.

Responsibilities
Candidate applying will be expected to:
• Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and networking
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored solutions
• Create and deliver proposals for managed services, projects, and licensing
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing customers
• Present Colletti Tech’s services, focusing on managed IT solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and opportunities
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements
Candidate applying should meet the following requirements:
• Sales experience, 1 year preferred, of industry experience or equivalent
• Degree related or equivalent education
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and communicate Managed IT services and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with Freshsales CRM is a plus)
• Familiarity with IT services, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is preferred
