Dominic Cellini is a Service Desk Technician, tackling day-to-day hardware and software issues across a variety of platforms and services. Core to his everyday responsibilities is also setting up and migrating customers over to new systems smoothly. His expertise with computers goes back over a decade, and it has given him a strong passion for technology that has continued to grow over time. Dominic has earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, and more recently became Samsung Knox Expert and CompTIA A+ certified. Working with the Service Desk team, he strives to resolve customer issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
